One of the things that irks us here is trying to speak to people on the telephone. If you are giving a firm the privilege of your business for arranging a farm loan, an equestrian loan or a loan for land why on earth would you want a machine telling you which pages to visit on a website – if you are calling you will already have done this.
We’d like to think that our website is different. It’s full of information, of course, but at any stage you can leap from the pages and contact us – links to our enquiry form, our application form, freephone number and email address is clear on just about every page; there’s no going round in circles.
Once you have decided to call us, we want to make that process streamlined as well. So, one of us will usually pick up the ‘phone but if not we have 24/7 cover from folk who answer in our name and who will take a message.
You may be thinking that arranging a mortgage for land or a mortgage for a farm is an uneasy task but we aim to make it as easy as we can, backed up with knowledge and experience.
